Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿7,000.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
